Presented by First Dates' Gallic charmer Fred Sirieix, each episode sees two wannabe restaurateurs setting up shop for three days to convince major hospitality hotshots to invest in them. Yum.
When is Million Pound Menu on BBC Two?
Million Pound Menu launched on Jaunary 8th and continues TONIGHT (Tuesday, February 19) on BBC2 at 8pm.
It goes up against Holby City on BBC One , Martin Lewis on ITV and Channel 4's The Secret Life of the Zoo.

How does the show work?
The show is hosted by Fred Sirieix.
There are 12 teams taking part including a couple who run a cookie dough stall and a former chef for Hix restaurants.
Each contestant is given three days in a restaurant space to prove their mettle when it comes to food, management, strategy and service. On the third day they will find out from top investors if they will be given a life-changing sum.
Host Fred said: "Getting an investment to fund and open your own place and going from a dream to brick and mortar is the Holy Grail for so many people who work in the hospitality industry.

Who is host Fred Sirieix?
Fred is a French maitre-d best known for appearing on First Dates.
He is also the long-serving general manager of Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton Park Lane.
He was born in Limoges, France and says he always wanted to work in the hospitality industry. Fred has also served time at some other top class restaurants including La Tante Claire, La Gavroche and Sartoria.
He launched National Waiters Day in 2012 an also authored the book First Dates: The Art of Love.
Fred is also an avid boxer and cyclist and has two children.
