Who is Derren Litten?
Derren Litten, 47, was born December 21, 1970 and is an English comedy writer and actor.
He is best known as the co-writer of the award-winning The Catherine Tate Show, which he also starred in.
Derren has also acted in numerous other TV shows including Perfect World, French and Saunders, Spaced, EastEnders, Green Wing and Pie in The Sky.
When did Derren create Benidorm? Has he ever starred in it?
More recently Derren is best known for being the creator and writer of Benidorm, which started in 2007.
The show has been a massive success on ITV and has run for ten series.
Derren has also guest starred in in the show several times as different characters.
His most recent playing 'Elvis', chauffeur for Crystal Hennesy-Vass (played by Joan Collins), CEO of Solana Hotel Groups.
