Amanda Holden was clearly spooked by the five-strong group and described them as "freakish" before comparing them to A Nightmare on Elm Street villain Freddy Krueger.

But Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were even more freaked as the crew of alien dancers give them a massive snog after their performance.

The pair kick off the audition by pulling a tab on the cardboard box to reveal the aliens inside.

Simon Cowell is also baffled by their appearance and asks if they're "real" before the music kicks in.

Amanda screams "Oh my god, oh my god," as the aliens jump out of the box.

Their routine included some impressive moves including a giant worm chain.

At the end of their performance, Alesha asks: "Bab? Is that right? Baba Yega?"

Simon asks what their background music was but keeping in character the aliens make a hand gesture in response.

Alesha says: "Oh my god I love you guys. I think you're amazing. Unique, original, different. I just love you."

Simon adds: "Aliens have never won Britain's Got Talent before - and we welcome you to Britain's Got Talent."

Amanda is not convinced but they win her over by making heart shapes with their hands.

Simon then plays a prank on Ant and Dec by telling them to "kiss the earthlings on the side".

They rush over to Ant and Dec who try to run away but can't escape the pull of the terrestrial dancers as they give them a kiss.

Ant then jokes: "I had garlic bread for lunch."

Dec says: "So the joke is on them."
