Born in 1965, Hugh Fearnely-Whittingstall is a celebrity chef who's renowned for his locally-sourced cooking.
He is best known for hosting the Channel 4 series River Cottage, which first aired in 1999.
The show followed Hugh's quest to achieve rural self-sufficiency, as he ran a cottage in Dorset.
He's on The One Show tonight to discuss his latest campaign against obesity in Britain, ahead of the launch of his new show Britain's Fat Fight.
