LIAM Payne has revealed his girlfriend Cheryl always steals his clothes when he’s at home.
The 24-year-old, who is known for his interesting sense of style, admitted it was a two-way thing though as he joked he would happily wear one of her thongs.
Opening up about the couple’s clothing habits during an appearance on the BBC Radio 1 breakfast show with Nick Grimshaw, he revealed he recently ended up with Cheryl’s socks during a work trip.
He said: “I’m lazy. I should know better after all these years, I just pile all the socks in the drawer, all the boxers.
“Luckily I didn’t end up with any thongs, that would have been embarrassing. I might have tried it out, could’ve been a bit airy, a bit free!”
The dad-of-one, who yesterday played down a rift in their relationship, went on to say the couple often swapped garbs, revealing: “Honestly these days because of the way clothes are, a lot of stuff is baggy so I get a lot of her clothes in my wardrobe and if I’m feeling it that day I’ll whack it on.
“I had this jumper on the other day which had “woman” written on the back. We’re gonna get pictured in a lot of the same stuff.”
He went on to reveal that if Cheryl likes something of his, she’ll just take it, saying: “Honestly it’s so bad if I’m wearing something and she goes “oh I like that” I know I’m never seeing it again.”
Nick Grimshaw then told him that he had tried to get Cheryl on the show to prank him but she refused to take part, with Nick saying she was very “team Liam”.
The singer went on to address rumours that One Direction might reunite soon, saying: “My words have been confused. I said we’ve all spoken about it which I meant in interviews we all have.

“I have spoken to Louis about different things, but it’s a way off yet.
“The only way 1D is going to be bigger than it was is if we all get big in our solo careers and we all come back together.
“We’ve all worked hard for solo careers and I think we deserve our time to do those things.”
