SHOWBIZ legend Dale Winton died aged 62 after lighting up TV screens for close to 30 years.
The popular Supermarket Sweep presenter has now been laid to rest with a funeral service in London - here's everything we know about his possible cause of death...
What was Dale’s cause of death?
Dale's agent Jan Kennedy said the coroner reported his death was from natural causes.
The Supermarket Sweep star was found dead at his new home in north London in April, aged 62 sparking false rumours he had committed suicide.
On May 31, his close friend Gloria Hunniford revealed that Dale had died alone in his bed after suffering ill health - she rubbished claims he had taken his life.
Pal Gloria Hunniford said: "I just think it's so sad when people say he took his own life. So many people have said, 'It's such a shame he committed suicide'.
"But he didn’t. He did not commit suicide and I'm keen to set the record straight."
What did Dale Winton say about his health problems?
Back in 2016, during an appearance on Loose Women, Dale spoke about his secret battle with depression.
He told the panel: "I should have taken myself off the TV, but I didn't.
"There are worst things in the world, but I had health issues and I had the depression and I didn't realise.
"I always thought, get over yourself... I should have known, my mum died from it."
The star then revealed how his mother took an overdose just days after his 21st birthday.
He also started to struggle with his mental health after a bad break up left him housebound.
He explained: "I had a bad break-up and then I had health issues.
"I would not leave the house.
"Five years, [but] I've totally got through it."
He added "If you've never had it you don't understand it, but if you've had it, oh my God, it really exists."
What surgeries did Dale Winton have?
Dale was last seen on our TV screens back in February in a Channel 5 show called Dale Winton's Florida Fly Drive.
But speaking in what has become one of his final interviews, Dale revealed he had taken time out of the limelight to deal with his health.
He told the TV Times in January: "I’ve kept a low profile because I had about four surgeries.
"I had a shoulder problem and a knee problem, so I took a break to get myself sorted.
"It meant I couldn’t exercise, so I’ve been dieting like crazy, but then when I was asked to do this show I thought it would be fun."
