The star, dazzling in sequins, celebrated her milestone by partying the night away at the very lavish bash
MYLEENE Klass has proved she isn't worried about turning 40 by pulling out all the stops for an extremely lavish bash.
The star invited a host of famous faces to help her mark the milestone and had everything from carousel ponies to a whopping birthday cake.
Among the stars helping Myleene to celebrate the big 4-0 was Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, who was back on TV screens when the show returned on Saturday.
Myleene, who found fame in the band Hear'Say, was also joined by fellow popstar Ian 'H' Watkins.
Pictures taken on the night capture the Steps star teaching the birthday girl how to do his band's famous Tragedy dance move.
Posting a shot on Instagram, Myleene joked: "Battle of the bands. Hear'say V's Steps. @ianhwatkins #myleene40."
Myleene opted to wear all-black for her glitzy party, showing off her slender finger in a pretty camisole top and wide-legged sequined trousers.
At one point, the mum-of-two was pictured on a carousel pony with a giant smile on her face.
She also posed for a slew of snaps with many of her other famous friends, including Nicole, Kate Thornton, Tamzin Outhwaite, Lauren Laverne and Vanessa Feltz.
One photograph shows Myleene standing in front of a giant leopard print birthday cake, topped off with a gold sparkly 40 and the iced words: "Happy 40th Leenie."
Myleene shared many of the photographs with fans on Instagram and made sure to thank her pals for helping her to celebrate once it was all over.
She wrote: "This weekend has blown my mind. I have such incredible friends. #myleene40."
Myleene later added: "Last night was blooming brilliant! #myleene40."
