Made In Chelsea’s Emily Blackwell confirms she is dating Chris Hughes from Love Island
MADE In Chelsea’s Emily Blackwell has spoken for the first time about her romance with Love Island’s Chris Hughes – confirming they’ve been dating.
She told the Sun’s Bizarre column the reality stars are still in the “early” stages of their secret love.
It comes after Chris, 25, split with Olivia Attwood, 26, and uploaded a picture of him with Emily looking cosy amongst pals.
Speaking at last night’s Avenue Myths & Legends Cocktail launch party, Emily, 21, said: “Chris is an amazing guy.
“It’s early days but yeah. We’ll see. He’s great guy, an amazing guy.
“Not a bad bone in his body. There’s nothing not nice to say about Chris.”
This is not the first person Chris has been linked to, with Bizarre revealing he had been seeing Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote.
Speculation of their romance was sparked when Chris put up a picture of him with Made In Chelsea cast members Emily, Frankie Gaff, Lottie and Sophie Haboo.
The half-sister of super model Kate said: “He is speaking to my friend.
“He was in London, he was passing through, so he just came and said can I get a drink with you guys, so it was nice to meet him and speak to him.
“He’s such a nice guy. I have loads of friends on TV and they’re all nice and you get different perceptions of people.
“But he was such a genuinely nice guy, he really made an effort with everyone which was nice.
“Because when someone’s dating one of your friends it’s nice when they make an effort.
“He made an effort with all of us, he’s just a really sweet guy.”
In February Love Island couple Chris and Olivia ended things after she sent late night flirty messages to ex Bradley Dack.
She has since reconciled her relationship with the footballer, even getting his shirt number tattooed on her.
