The Streetcars worker is trolled online to start with and, despite schoolgirl Summer Spellman trying to hide the abuse from Eileen, her nemesis Gail Platt wastes no time in filling her in on the nasty comments.
Later Eileen is rattled when she discovers the back door open at her house and someone has put nails in her car tyres.
Who is subjecting her to the hate campaign?
When she and newly-returned stepdaughter Nicola Rubinstein hear an intruder in the house, Eileen is sent into a panic and arms herself with a pan.
Eileen is relieved when she and Nicola discover the intruder is Seb Franklin’s mum Abi who is desperate for somewhere to stay.
Kind-hearted Eileen offers Abi her friendship and a place to stay for the night.
But is her relief set to be short-lived as meanwhile, in the backyard of no. 11 someone is stealing the spare key from under the plant pot?
