Paul Hollywood’s new girlfriend, 22, seen for first time since romantic holiday as estranged wife Alex left ‘devastated’
PAUL Hollywood's new 22-year-old girlfriend beamed as she was seen for the first time since jetting off with the Great British Bake Off star on a romantic getaway.
His love affair with the young barmaid has left his estranged wife "devastated" - as she has reportedly hired top divorce lawyers to take his £10million fortune.
Alex's 20-year marriage to The Great British Bake Off presenter ended in November after she forgave him for a fling with U.S. TV chef Marcela Valladolid.
Now she has been faced with reports that he's in a relationship with Summer Monteys-Fullam, 30 years his junior, who he whisked away on a secret holiday last month.
This week Alex's brother Simon Moores told the : "I am sure it will all end in tears."
Summer was born in 1996, the year Alex met Paul while working in Cyprus - and their age gap is said to have devastated Alex.
Her friend told the newspaper: "This was a big bombshell for her."
And to rub salt in the wound, the 22-year-old wrote a gushing Instagram post about their romantic getaway, saying: "You have been amazing. You have been journey. You have been experience.
"You have taught me. You have shown me. You have made me."
After reflecting on her wonderful life, she added: "I can only thank the people that are close to me. Including my amazing boyfriend. You have turned me from a girl to a woman, and to a house woman. I love you so much!"
Paul met his wife Alexandra in Cyprus in 1996 while she was working as a diving instructor at the five-star hotel where he was head baker.
They then married there in 1998 and had a son in October 2001, called Josh.
They previously separated in 2013 when the TV chef admitted to having an affair with Marcela Valladolid, his co-star on the US version of Bake Off.
The couple reconciled a few months later and he described the incident as "the biggest mistake of my life"
In 2015 they claimed to be "happier than ever" after the affair, but announced that their marriage was over after almost two decades last year.
Now the Mail reports Alex is working with divorce lawyer Raymond Tooth, nicknamed ‘Jaws’ by his colleagues, who secured a £150million settlement for Irina Abramovich.
Alex is apparently "taking inspiration" from his saying: "Don’t get mad, get everything."
The couple said in a statement at the time: “It is with sadness that we have decided to separate.
“Our focus continues to be the happiness of our son, and we would ask the press and public to allow us privacy as a family during this very difficult time.”
The Sun on Sunday told in November how Paul and Summer had enjoyed a cosy dinner date at The Dorchester in central London.
His people said reports of a relationship were untrue.
A flaky love life
AS Paul Hollywood’s TV profile has risen, he has struggled to find the recipe for a successful relationship.
The pastry chef, 52, rocked his marriage to wife Alexandra with an affair with American chef and author Marcela Valladolid, 39, in 2013.
He split from Alexandra, 53, but the pair, who married in 1998, were back together a few months later.
In an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, Paul owned up to the affair with Marcela, his fellow judge on US TV ratings flop The American Baking Competition.
He said: “It’s something which was the biggest mistake of my life, because I actually still love my wife.”
In November he was spotted giving Bake Off winner Candice Brown, 33, a peck on the cheek but there was no suggestion they were a couple.
Later that month, he announced his split from Alexandra

The pair were careful not to be seen too often in Mauritius where they stayed at a £1,000-a-night villa.
Fan favourite Paul — who has an estimated £10million fortune — became a household name on Bake Off alongside fellow judge Mary Berry, 82.
He was the only star to stick with the hit show after it switched from the BBC to Channel 4 and is believed to be paid more than £400,000 per series.
Ten million viewers saw last year’s final hosted by Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding, with Paul judging alongside newcomer Prue Leith.
