Khloe Kardashian ‘plans to keep baby’s birth secret’ so she can enjoy first few days as a mother
KHLOE Kardashian is planning on keeping the birth of her first baby “top secret” so she can enjoy being a mum away from the spotlight.
The 33-year-old star, who is expecting a baby with basketball player Tristan Thompson, is just days away from giving birth to her little girl.
And she has put steps in place to ensure that she enjoys her first glimpse of motherhood privately.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, an insider close to the family revealed: “She may be on a roll now documenting her bump and revealing everything about her soon-to-arrive daughter, but in fact Khloe is terrified because it’s her first baby, so she's doing a total blackout on it.
“Her plan is to keep everything secret for a few days - just like Kylie did.”
The mum and dad-to-be intend to keep the new arrival top secret until close friends and family have been told and had the chance to meet her.
It’s only after this has happened that they’ll allow the public into their lives themselves, with Tristan wanting the pair to break the news to their loved ones rather than have them hear it in the news.
“They really want a few days to themselves before the circus starts,” the source added.
“Khloe knows fans will be desperate for news, but unless she demands the time to enjoy her first few days as a mum, things will go crazy immediately.
“She wants some time to take it all in and to catch her breath for as long as she can - this is precious to her.”
Khloe has moved into Tristan’s £1.35million home in Cleveland to get ready to give birth.
“I will say I’m happy to be in Cleveland right now,” the 33-year-old wrote on her app this week.
“I’m with Tristan and I get my home time — cooking, being with my love, and just more of a routine.”
Khloe flew out to Ohio last month and has been lying low ever since, waiting for her baby to arrive.

“These past few months have flown by and I’ve loved every minute of it,” she wrote last month.
“So far my pregnancy has been super easy and I’m so beyond thankful for that.
“After my first trimester, everything has been a breeze.”
Pictures inside the home Khloe shares with the sports star have revealed it is surprisingly normal - well, for a pair of multi-millionaires.
It does have one or two celebrity touches though including a wine cellar, fishtank in the living room, chef-level kitchen and a grand piano.
It’ll also need baby proofing before Khloe’s baby arrives starting with gates on the open plan stairs.
Tristan, who recently signed a five-year contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers said to be worth £58million, bought the £1.35m house in 2015.
