Katie Price reveals she’s being taken to an employment tribunal by nanny she accused of having sex with husband Kieran Hayler
KATIE Price has revealed in a magazine that she is being taken to an employment tribunal from the nanny she’s accused of having an affair with husband Kieran Hayler.
Katie revealed her heartbreak in The Sun as Kieran admitted to sleeping with their nanny Nikki Brown numerous times while she was in charge of Katie's five children.
Nikki has always denied the affair.
Katie told OK! Magazine that Nikki is now seeking a tribunal and the former nanny has claimed that Katie was just “using her as an excuse to get divorce”.
The 39-year-old reality star remained tight-lipped about the upcoming case in a chat with – but spoke briefly about her children’s thoughts on their former nanny.
She told the magazine: "She was more there for the younger kids. Princess and Junior were not that fond of her.”
"I can’t say any more about Nikki because she’s taking us to an employment tribunal," she then added.
While Katie and Kieran are still living together, Pricey completely snubbed their fifth wedding anniversary last month – instead opting to take eldest son Harvey to the aquarium in Brighton.
Speaking to The Sun at the time the affair was revealed, Kieran admitted that he had slept with Nikki as his sex addiction spun out of control.
He confessed to romping with the 40-year-old nanny five times in the marital home over a six month period but says it was “cheap, cold and meaningless”.
Kieran, 30, said: “This wasn’t a big love affair, I didn’t fancy Nikki. I’m a sex addict and needed a thrill. If our nanny had been 80 I’d probably have tried to manipulate her into having sex too.
“It didn’t matter who it was, I just wanted a fix. If it wasn’t her it would have been someone else. It was a means to an end, the thrill of the chase.
“Can you imagine how embarrassed I am about being a sex addict, mortified at admitting this? Look at Katie . . . and look at her!
“I refuse to have Katie wrongly branded a liar. Sadly Katie is telling the truth — I cheated with our nanny.
"I’ve hurt her, betrayed her and now need to stand up for her. However bad I feel, I know I have made Katie feel worse.”
Kieran married Katie in 2013 and after cheating on her with two of her friends — Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas — he had therapy and was diagnosed a sex addict.

Katie was left heartbroken by his betrayal but has allowed Kieran to stay in their marital home with their children.
She’s now spoken out and said she was “sick to death of having to justify” her decision.
Speaking exclusively to , Katie continued: “People are always speculating about whether we’re together or not, and yes, he’s obviously in the house.
“He’s got mental health problems, he’s sorting it out. He’s got deeper issues.”
