Danniella Westbrook ‘wanted for questioning by police’ as she’s accused of taking £10K from interior designer friend and ‘trying to destroy her business on social media’

DANNIELLA Westbrook “took £10,000” from a former friend whose business she “tried to destroy on social media”.

The 44-year-old former actress is currently wanted for questioning by the police over allegations of “malicious and threatening behaviour” and now The Sun Online can exclusively reveal the allegations against her.

An insider said: “It is suspected that Danniella has taken £10,000 from this woman who she was once friends with.

“It is alleged that Danniella refused to pay the money back and then things turned nasty and she stalked and harassed her.

“This woman had considered her a friend and had really helped her out in the past, and paid for a lot of things for her.”

The Essex-based star is currently wanted by St Albans police for questioning, and our source reveals she also faces allegations that she tried to destroy her interior designer victim’s business on social media channels.

Our insider added: “The woman has suffered from some online trolls targeting her business and is convinced that Danniella is behind this.

“If it was Danniella it would be a bit rich seeing as is always going on about how fake accounts are targeting her.”

On Sunday a police spokesperson told The Mirror: “We are actively seeking a 44-year-old woman in relation to allegations of malicious communications and witness intimidation.

“Our enquiries are at an early stage and we are very mindful of all parties involved in this complex case.”

It’s claimed she was reported to the police back in January and has allegedly ignored four requests to go to St Albans police station for voluntary questioning.
