Paul Hollywood’s girlfriend Summer, 22, reveals how serious their relationship is as he’s ‘changed her from a girl to a woman’
PAUL Hollywood's 22-year-old girlfriend wrote a gushing post about how he's "turned her from a girl into a woman" after the pair enjoyed a romantic getaway.
Summer Monteys-Fullam has since deleted her Instagram account, but had written how she had the most "amazing boyfriend" and was "the luckiest girl in the world".
She began the post on social media by writing: "You have been amazing. You have been journey. You have been experience. You have taught me. You have shown me. You have made me."
After reflecting on her wonderful life, she continued: "I can only thank the people that are close to me. Including my amazing boyfriend. You have turned me from a girl to a woman, and to a house woman. I love you so much!"
The smitten note concluded: "This post is not for likes but the love of my life. I am truly a lucky girl and have the best things and people and animals around me, 2018."
The master baker and barmaid Summer Monteys-Fullam, 30 years his junior, stayed at a £1,000-a-night villa in Mauritius.
The telly favourite first arranged for Summer to join him in America where he was working.
She told pals she was flying out alone — giving no indication she was due to meet the bearded show judge, 30 years her senior at 52.
After hooking up in the United States, the pair put the icing on their secret travel plans by flying 10,000 miles in 12 hours to Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.
They continued to keep a low profile as they checked into the Four Seasons hotel, a favourite with couples and honeymooners.
An onlooker told The Sun on Sunday: “They looked extremely happy together.
“Despite the age gap there was a lot of laughter and staring into each other’s eyes — plus lots of tactile nudges and touches.
“The hotel is very romantic. It’s not the kind of place you would take just a friend. He must be very keen on Summer.
“Despite looking more like father and daughter, when they did stroll around together they left people in no doubt that they were a couple.
“Summer has clearly put a smile on his face after a difficult time in his personal life.”
The pair grew close after his marriage to wife Alexandra, 53, crumbled last year.
And their romantic break comes four months after Paul’s representatives denied they were an item.
The Sun on Sunday told in November how Paul and Summer had enjoyed a cosy dinner date at The Dorchester in central London.
His people said reports of a relationship were untrue.
The pair were careful not to be seen too often in Mauritius.
Beachside villas at the five-star Four Seasons cost £1,000 a night, with Paul and Summer staying ten days.
They stuck mainly to a pool and beach reserved for guests only.
Their villa also featured its own plunge pool.
The onlooker added: “They seemed keen to avoid attention and spent most of the time in their villa, even eating meals there rather than mixing with other holidaymakers.
“They did not really go into the public areas or pools and seemed to just want some quiet time.”
Guests have exclusive use of a spa, a golf course designed by South African star Ernie Els and morning yoga sessions.
The source added: “On one of the days Paul and Summer did venture out for a short boat ride.
“He was wearing a bright orange T-shirt, with dark sunglasses and kept a slight distance from her on the boat.
“But they were clearly enjoying themselves.
“They really could have just been like every other honeymooning couple there.”
The pair were due to leave the island last night — returning to America first, with Summer then flying back to London alone.
Scouser Paul and ex-wife Alex have a son Josh, 16.
They met in 1995 — the same year Summer was born — and wed three years later.
Last November they announced the marriage was over.
Paul then developed a relationship with Summer, who was working at the Duke William pub in Ickham, Kent.
He and Alex had moved to a £1.4million home in the village after he secured a huge pay rise when The Great British Bake Off switched from BBC to Channel 4.
Paul and Summer met earlier in 2017 when he arranged a birthday party for his wife at the boozer.
He reportedly lent Summer his chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for her 22nd birthday in May, before growing closer to her when he and his wife separated.
The telly favourite also treated her and pals to champagne on a boozy night out in Canterbury.
Summer quit her barmaid job after pals ribbed her when pictures emerged showing Paul dressed in a Nazi uniform.
A flaky love life
AS Paul Hollywood’s TV profile has risen, he has struggled to find the recipe for a successful relationship.
The pastry chef, 52, rocked his marriage to wife Alexandra with an affair with American chef and author Marcela Valladolid, 39, in 2013.
He split from Alexandra, 53, but the pair, who married in 1998, were back together a few months later.
In an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, Paul owned up to the affair with Marcela, his fellow judge on US TV ratings flop The American Baking Competition.
He said: “It’s something which was the biggest mistake of my life, because I actually still love my wife.”
In November he was spotted giving Bake Off winner Candice Brown, 33, a peck on the cheek but there was no suggestion they were a couple.
Later that month, he announced his split from Alexandra
He apologised for the blunder and the snaps, taken in 2003, were published by The Sun on Sunday.
Five years ago Paul’s marriage was rocked after he admitted an affair with Marcela Valladolid, 39, his co-star on the American version of Bake Off.
Paul later reconciled with Alex, before their final split last November.
The couple said in a statement at the time: “It is with sadness that we have decided to separate.
“Our focus continues to be the happiness of our son, and we would ask the press and public to allow us privacy as a family during this very difficult time.”

Fans’ favourite Paul — who has an estimated £10million fortune — became a household name on Bake Off alongside fellow judge Mary Berry, 82.
He was the only star to stick with the hit show after it switched from the BBC to Channel 4 and is believed to be paid more than £400,000 per series.
Ten million viewers saw last year’s final hosted by Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding, with Paul judging alongside newcomer Prue Leith.
