Who is Summer Monteys-Fullam?
Summer was born in 1996 and is a former barmaid.
She dated The Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood, after meeting him in the summer of 2017.
Until November 2017, the now social media influencer worked at his local pub, the Duke William, in Ickham, Kent, but quit after getting fed up with her colleagues taking the mickey out of her new beau.
Summer’s parents live in a £1million home and run a tattoo removal business in London.
Before working at the pub, Summer, who also has three sisters, had modelled for a bridal magazine.
In December 2021, she took a step back from the limelight and began training as a cosmetic therapist at the Cosmetic Couture Clinic in Salford.

Why did Summer Monteys-Fullam and Paul Hollywood split?
The couple split in August 2019, with a source at the time saying “it’s over for good".
It was reported that Summer was furious with his "controlling behaviour".
Since her split with the celebrity chef, Summer has explained how she is no stranger to receiving
messages and explicit photos from admirers vying for her attention.
However, it's not all cracked up to be, with Summer admitting that she'd rather stay single until she finds her "Prince Charming".

Did Summer clash with Paul Hollywood's estranged Alexandra?
In February 2019, The Sun reported that Summer had got into a fiery spat with boyfriend Paul's ex-wife.
The pair had bumped into each other while shopping at a Marks & Spencer.
The fireworks began when the pair bumped into each other at the store's checkouts. Summer was with sister Saskia, and mum Sabina, while Alex was alone.
Witnesses said Alexandra Hollywood, called Summer, a “sl*t” and “whore”.
Cops were called amid claims one of Summer’s group hammered on her window as she drove off after the row spilled into the car park.
A friend of Alex’s said: “She was so shocked to see Summer that all she could say was, ‘Do you know how much you’ve hurt my son?’
“Summer laughed and started filming as Alex walked to her car.
“That’s when the other women started verbally abusing her. Alex was shaken and called the police.”
Alex insisted she was an innocent victim in the row — and called police complaining of harassment.
Kent Police confirmed they had attended reports of a disturbance adding: “Enquiries were carried out in which all parties involved were given words of advice.”
When did Summer Monteys-Fullam date Paul Hollywood?
The pair first met in early 2017 when the star arranged a birthday party for then-wife Alexandra at the bar where she worked.
He reportedly lent Summer his chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for her 22nd birthday in May 2017, before growing closer to her when he and his wife separated.
The couple were first romantically linked in November 2017 when the Bake Off judge, wined and dined Summer at London hotel The Dorchester.
A spokesman for the star insisted at the time there was no romance.
On March 31, 2018, The Sun exclusively revealed Summer had been whisked away by Paul to stay at a £1,000-a-night villa in Mauritius.
A source said: "Despite looking like dad and daughter there was a lot of staring into each other's eyes and there is no doubt they were a couple."
Cheshire-born Paul gifted Summer two ponies and also bought his young lover a £1 million pad after leaving his wife Alex.
They were regularly pictured smooching during public outings, however, the famous baker does not feature on her Instagram feed, nor is she on his.
Then, on Friday, August 2, 2019, The Sun exclusively revealed Summer had dumped Paul.
Have Paul and wife Alexandra divorced?
Paul and his wife Alexandra announced news of their split on November 20, 2017: "It is with sadness that we have decided to separate.
"Our focus continues to be the happiness of our son, and we would ask the press and public to allow us privacy as a family during this very difficult time."
One insider told The Sun following news of the split: "The truth is they’ve worked really hard to salvage their relationship but just couldn’t recover from the damage that had been done.
“The more famous Paul has become, the more attention he has been getting, and that has put a huge strain on the marriage."
The estranged couple were granted a divorce on Friday, July 19, 2019 by District Judge Robert Duddridge at the Central Family Court in London.
Cheshire-born Paul met his wife Alexandra in Cyprus in 1996 while she was working as a diving instructor at the five-star hotel where he was head baker.
They married in that country in 1998 and had a son in October 2001, called Josh.
Paul, who is the son of bakery proprietor, John F. Hollywood, and Alexandra came close to divorcing in 2013 after reports spread that he'd been enjoying a romance with his American Baking Competition co-host Marcela Valladolid - which he later confessed to.
In February 2022, Alexandra took a swipe at her ex-husband by claiming their marriage was ''over-seasoned with extra marital affairs.''
