Brendan Cole is given party ban by wife Zoe as she tells him to put family first
BRENDAN Cole better get used to late-night telly as he has been banned from partying by his wife.
The axed Strictly star’s orders come two weeks after The Sun reported his marriage was under strain following his regular drinks with female dancers on tour.
The final straw for Zoe came this month when Brendan insisted on partying with golfer Carly Booth at a showbiz bash just 18 hours after the birth of son Dante.
At his All Night Long show in Bromley, South London, Brendan said: “I had to stop going out at night. It’s been very quiet on the home front. We’ve just had a baby boy. Two weeks he’s been on the scene. He is gorgeous, of course, but it’s been a hard couple of weeks. Sleepless nights take their toll.”
A source said: “Brendan knows he needs to rein in his late nights and Zoe clearly has got through to him.”
The Sun told how Brendan had left Zoe to attend the TRIC telly and radio awards at London’s Grosvenor House just hours after welcoming a little brother for their first child, daughter Aurelia, five.
Brendan has landed his first gig since his Strictly contract wasn’t renewed in January — a place in Usain Bolt’s World X1 to play England at the Soccer Aid For Unicef match at Old Trafford in June.
He said: “For years, I have been a massive fan of the match. To be able to finally announce I will be swapping my dancing shoes for football boots feels incredible.
“What’s bigger than the nation’s love of dancing? The nation’s love of the beautiful game. I’m aiming for tens across the board.”
His teammates will be hoping hot-head Brendan can keep his cool on the pitch better than he did on the dancefloor.

The soul-influenced Londoner is touring with Rita Ora in May. And having been in the studio writing with Girls Aloud’s Nicola Roberts, she’ll have plenty of tunes to belt out.
Along the way she has amassed a host of celebrity fans, including Naughty Boy and Raye – who turned out to support her at a fashion bash in London last month.
I imagine a few yoga teachers are impressed with her too.

A movie insider revealed: “Hollywood has realised people don’t go and see ‘the new Jennifer Lawrence film’ just because she’s in it.
“People used to do that with the likes of Julia Roberts or Sandra Bullock at the height of their careers, as people do for Will Smith and The Rock films at the moment.
“Her Hunger Games and X-Men franchise movies have done brilliantly, but it’s the other films – which she is the selling point for – which have failed to create a spark with the paying public.
“Casting her as the lead in the hopes it will make a movie a success is a real risk now.”
Her last non-franchise success was American Hustle back in 2013.She could do with a bit of hustling now, too.

Stage invader Liam killers it
LIAM Gallagher may have enjoyed a few too many caipirinhas in Brazil on Sunday.
Liam, gave The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers the shock of his life when he invaded the stage midway through their tune All These Things That I’ve Done during their Lollapalooza set.
A source said: “He gave Brandon quite a fright as the band had dealt with a real stage invader earlier, who had to be escorted off by security.
“He genuinely had no clue Liam was going to appear.”
As the pair stood on stage, Brandon’s shock turned to awe as he addressed the crowds with: “Liam f***ing Gallagher!”
Still, he didn’t offer Liam a microphone.

Jamie, runner-up in last year’s I’m A Celeb, has been driving all the way from Manchester to Pete’s Sussex home for the lessons. A source said: “Jamie’s been secretly tutoring him for the past six months.
“Pete hasn’t been able to reveal too much about the movie script but the character is absolutely nothing like him.”
The director is the man behind films including chiller Hellraiser III. Sounds like Peter is entering a Mysterious world.
