Louise Thompson strips to her bikini during Beast from the East freeze
LOUISE Thompson has stripped down to a teeny pink two-piece in minus 15 degree temperatures.
The reality TV star joked that “the Beast from the East got bad” in the swimwear shot but claimed she was doing it for health reasons.
Fitness fanatic Louise, 27, insisted that she was in the snow room at the K West Hotel and Spa to “freeze dem muscles”.
It’s thought that freezing can reduce inflammation, muscle soreness and tension.
Louise’s passion for fitness reached new heights when she began dating her personal trainer boyfriend Ryan Libbey.
The loved-up pair have been dating since Louise's split from American Alik Alfus in 2016.

Louise has since admitted they first meet in 2015 when Ryan gave her a personal training session.
Ryan made his debut on Made in Chelsea in August 2016 in a special South of France spin-off, and Louise has been very vocal letting fans know that her toned abs and six pack are down to her boyfriend.
Speaking of her previous boyfriend Spencer Matthews, Louise recently said she “dodged a bullet”.
Talking about the former lothario, Louise talked about his “odd proposal” to Vogue Williams.
Speaking to Heat magazine, she said: “I honestly thought he would never settle down!
“It's nice that anyone can change. Although, I find it so odd that he proposed at The Lion King!”
Louise added: “That would be my worst nightmare, so I'm bloody glad I dodged that bullet.”
Spencer proposed to Vogue following a performance of Disney's award-winning musical, The Lion King at The Lyceum Theatre in London's West End in February.
