The actress, who is a mum-of-three in real life, has four children on screen and admitted filming this series has brought back memories of raising her own kids with husband Matthew Macfadyen.
She said: “There’s a line about how every year the children move further away. The last time I brush your teeth for you, the last time you let me hold your hand as we cross the road. It’s heartbreaking. And it’s so true.”
