What time is Dark Heart on ITV?

Dark Heart launched on ITV on Wednesday, October 31 and comes to an end TONIGHT at 9pm.

The new series was commissioned last December and it was filmed over the summer.

The pilot which aired in 2016 formed the first episodes of the new six-part series.

Viewers will be able to catch up on missed episodes online with the ITV Hub.

The final episode will see a number of plots come together - as another murder suspect is found while DI Wagstaffe faces a critical decision.

Who's in the cast of Dark Heart?

Dark Heart stars British actor Tom Riley in the lead role.

Tom has previously appeared as Romeo in St.Trinians 2: The Legend of Fritton's Gold

He will be joined by Peaky Blinders' , Miranda Raison (Spotless) and Anjli Mohindra (Bancroft).

Guest cast members include Claire Goose (Unforgotten), Alex Carter (Cuffs), and Paul Kaye (Game Of Thrones).

What's Dark Heart about?

Dark Heart is set in London and follows Detective Inspector Will Wagstaffe.

The police officer is haunted by the murder of his parents which took place when he was 16.

The series is based on the novels by Adam Creed and sees Will solving crimes whilst tackling his own demons.

Dark Heart has been penned by acclaimed screenwriter Chris Lang whose ork includes dramas Unforgotten and Torn.
