Katie Price’s clothing company KP Boutique only has £13 in the bank after brand failed to take off
Another of Katie’s business ventures has flopped - less than two years after she launched it
KATIE Price’s clothing company KP Boutique has flopped and only has a paltry £13 in the bank, The Sun Online can reveal.
The glamour model turned businesswoman failed to get the brand off the ground after launching it in June 2016.
KP Boutique was created by Katie, 39, to sell a range of loungewear items that she would model and promote herself.
However, over a year on and the business has flopped, with it barely having enough cash in the pot to buy her and her love-rat husband Kieran Hayler a Big Mac meal from McDonalds.
It’s the second blow for Katie’s business empire in just four months.
In November, her company KP Bling appeared to be going under.
The associated website was permanently “scheduled for maintenance” and had no activity being recorded on its Facebook page since January 2016.
Companies House records revealed the company made just £100 in net assets up to August 2016.
A compulsory strike-off was initiated meaning it was only a matter of time before it closed for good.
Before this, in May 2017, the mum-of-four put Jordan Trading Limited into liquidation.
Records from Companies House revealed the business owed £200,000 to the taxman.
On top of this, there was another £20,000 owed to accountants and lawyers.
Despite the failures, Katie's net worth is still estimated to be around £40million, so she won't be losing any sleep just yet.
The star is determined to keep launching new ventures and last week revealed a new brand.
