JOSH O'Connor is an award-winning British actor best known for his work in God's Own Country and The Durrells.
The 30-year-old rising star is also famous for playing the young Prince Charles in The Crown, and the actor will be returning for the upcoming series.

Who is Josh O'Connor and how old is he?
Josh, 30, was born on May 20, 1990, and is an English actor.
He grew up in Cheltenham, and trained in acting at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School - although he was also considering a career in football.
However, Josh was a natural actor from an early age. He took to the stage aged just seven in a production of The Wizard of Oz.
O’Connor was nominated for a Bafta Rising Star Award in 2018 in God's Own Country for his performance.

Which TV shows and films has Josh O'Connor starred in?
He is best known for his portrayal of Johnny Saxby in the 2017 film God's Own Country, directed by Francis Lee, for which he won a British Independent Film Award for Best Actor.
The star is also well-loved for playing Lawrence on ITV hit show The Durrells.
But he has also had roles as PC Bobby Grace on Ripper Street and as Ada's housemates James in Peaky Blinders.
As well as the small screen, Josh has also graced the big screen, including: The Riot Club, Bridgend, Florence Foster Jenkins and God's Own Country.

Josh does indeed have a girlfriend.
He is currently living in north London with his partner Margot Hauer-King.
Margot is the daughter of London restaurateur Jeremy King and is currently strategic partnership director at communications company WPP.
What has he said about being in The Crown?
Josh played Prince Charles in season three of The Crown, and will return for the upcoming fourth season, covering the years 1979-1990.
Speaking about portraying Prince Charles, he told “What I’m gradually finding, is a guy waiting for his mother to die for his life to have meaning.

"That the one person who should be unconditional is the person that holds the power for you to have any meaning in your life… it’s quite nice to play that. They’re huge stakes.”
