PROFESSOR Ian Philp is heading the experiment on new ITV show 100 years younger in 21 days.

Who is Professor Ian Philp?
Professor Ian Philp CBE has worked in the NHS for over 30 years as a doctor, educator and policy maker.
He has been the Professor of Health Care for Older People at the University of Sheffield and an Honorary Consultant Physician at the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield.
He established the Sheffield Institute for Studies on Ageing which won the Queen's Award for Higher Education in 2000.
Professor Philp is also an adviser to the World Health Organisation and advises governments around the world on the care of elderly people.
When was Professor Ian Philp the "Tsar" for older people?
Professor Philp was the National Clinical Director or "Tsar" for Older People in the Department of Health from 2000-2008.
In this role he lead the development and implementation of the National Service Framework for Older People.
He is also currently the Parliamentary spokesperson for the British Geriatrics Society.
In 1998 Professor Philp's team won UK Hospital Doctor of the Year Award in the Older People's Category.
Who are the other experts on 100 Years Younger in 21 Days?
The other experts on the show are nutritionist Thorbjorg Hafsteinsdottir, fitness trainer Simone Ripamonti and skin expert Dr Sunil Chopra.
Thorbjörg is a former nurse and the author of Scandanavian bestseller 10 Years Younger in 10 Weeks.
Simone is a sports scientist from the Italian island Sardinia who coaches footballers such as Sergio Ramos.
Dr Chopra is is a member of the British Association of Dermatology and specialises in skin cancer and acne.

Professor Ian Philp is currently heading the experiment on new ITV reality show 100 Years Younger in 21 Days.
Over the course of three weeks he will subject ageing celebs including Sherrie Hewson and Shaun Ryder to bizarre ant-ageing experiments.
These include treatments such as cow urine shampoo, coffee enemas and snail facials.
