ED Sheeran has sent a heartwarming video to a young mum who has terminal cancer.
Kelly Dimmock's son Chance keeps her spirits up by singing Ed's songs to her and the Shape Of You hitmaker got in touch after seeing the videos.
Ed, 27, is currently on tour in Australia and took some time out from his busy schedule to send her a thoughtful message.
He said: "Hey Kelly, Ed here. I’m in Perth at the moment but I just heard your story and just sending you a message to wish you lots of love. I hope this makes you smile."
Kelly, who is originally from Eastbourne but now lives in Brecon, Wales has had a tough few years.
She lost her nine-day-old baby in 2005 and was diagnosed with terminal ovarian and gallbladder cancer earlier this year.
Her husband Dave is a Sergeant Major in the Army and the couple desperately want to renew their wedding vows in the time Kelly has left.
They married quickly the first time around and are now determined to have their dream wedding.
Kelly is a huge fan of Ed and her son Chance sings his songs to her to help cheer her up.
The videos sparked an online campaign to have the superstar send her a message of support.
Kelly said: "When I first got diagnosed last month I cried and cried. I felt like my whole world had been pulled from underneath me. Then Chance started singing me Ed Sheeran songs.
"We joked and I told him that maybe if he learnt the words to the song Perfect that Mummy’s friend Ed would come have a cup of tea with him.

"Well since then, as soon as Chance thought I was sad or saw me cry, he sings it. He melts my heart, he is so beautiful and innocent and at just four years old doesn’t understand this awful horrible disease is going to take me away from him.
"I couldn’t believe it when my husband woke me up the other day to say my messages to Ed Sheeran had got through and that Ed Sheeran had messaged me.
"Wow, I’m so, so happy. Thank you all for the love and support. Each and every one of you that have liked, shared and commented have helped make this happen."
Kelly said she "doesn't want to know how much time she has left" and wants to enjoy every moment with her family and friends.
A page has been set up to fundraise money to give the couple their dream wedding.
Meanwhile, Ed made a fan's dream come true at his show in Adelaide.
He met five-year-old Holley Lavington who suffers from the rare genetic condition Batten Disease.
