LOVE Island narrator Iain Stirling has mocked last year's contestant Chris Hughes for not writing his own autobiography.
Iain, 30, and Chris, 25, appeared together on The Chris Ramsey show when they discussed his upcoming book.
When host Chris Ramsey jokingly asked the Love Island star how many pages the autobiography will be, Iain, who is dating TV presenter Laura Whitmore, jumped in.
He sniped, "He doesn't know because he hasn't written it."
An embarrassed Chris then admitted that he'd been working with a ghostwriter to complete the book, called You Bantering Me? which is set for release this spring.
Iain joked back: "They are called ghostwriters for a reason. If you tell everyone they exist then they're just a writer."
Sheepishly, Chris added, "Well I'm gonna proof read it."
Chris is also set to air his love-life on his new TV show, Crackin' On, with his ex-girlfriend and former fellow Love Island contestant Olivia Attwood, 26.
The pair split weeks before the show is set to air, but Chris has said he will always love her.
Speaking on Lorraine on Tuesday, he said, "I still love her like I loved her before."
Opening up about the split, he said, "[It] was an opportunity to be apart and I think it's the right thing to do.
"We still speak, we talk every day, I'm still obsessed with her.
"But I feel like we had to make sacrifices if this relationship was ever going to rebuild again."
Iain and Chris appear on The Chris Ramsey Show tonight at 10pm on Comedy Central UK.
