Fans were quick to point out the Harry Potter star's new body art had been done without the correct punctuation.

Instead of Time's Up (with an apostrophe in between the letters 'e' and 's'), it reads Times Up.

To the relief of many, the actress revealed on Monday that the artwork was in fact a temporary tattoo as she joked that she was looking for a proofreader.

She tweeted: "Fake tattoo proofreading position available. Experience with apostrophes a must."

But it wasn't just her grammatically incorrect tattoo that had fans talking - her new haircut also caused a stir.

Her auburn locks had been chopped in an untidy fashion at the front, leaving her with a short messy fringe.

Last month, Emma donated £1million to victims of sexual harassment.

The Brit actress' sizeable donation coincided with the 2018 Baftas ceremony, which saw all the female stars of Hollywood dress in black as a show of solidarity.

The sum was handed to the recently-launched Justice and Equality Fund, which aims to provide support and projects across the UK for victims.

Emma, said to be worth an estimated £39 million, was joined by Tom Hiddleston and Keira Knightley. who both donated £10,000 in support of the cause.

In October, soon after news of the scandal first broke, Emma had tweeted: "I stand with all the women who have been sexually harassed, and am awestruck by their bravery.

"This mistreatment of women has to stop."
