Who is Tony Rodd?
Tony Rodd is from London but comes from a Greek-Cypriot family.
He was a finalist on the 11th series of Masterchef.
The talented chef stood out early on due to his exquisite moustache, bowties and decadent desserts.
He impressed judge Greg Wallace who dubbed him "The Master Chocolatier."
What has Tony Rodd done since he was on Masterchef 2015?
Since leaving Masterchef Tony Rodd has pursued his love of desserts.
He now travels up and down the country, attending foodie festivals and giving cooking demonstrations.
Tony also works in private dining, catering for supper clubs and events.
He is the chef patron of Copper and Ink, a restaurant based in Blackheath, London.
Who is Emma Spitzer?
Emma Spitzer is a london based chef.
She was the runner-up on the 11th series of Masterchef, losing the trophy to Simon Wood.
Speaking to the Jewish News after the competition, Emma described cooking for Greg Wallace and John Torode as "terrifying yet, at the same time, really exhilarating."
Before appearing on the competition she ran the luxury travel business Tots Too.
What has Emma Spitzer done since she was on Masterchef 2015?
Since leaving Masterchef Emma Spitzer has continued to pursue her love of cooking.
She has runs a private catering service and has taught and demonstrated at food festivals.
In 2017 she published her debut cookbook Fress.
She delights in creating recipes which put a modern twist on traditional Jewish and Middle Eastern dishes.
When will Emma Spitzer and Tony Rodd appear on Masterchef 2018?
Emma Spitzer and Tony Rodd will be back on tonight's episode of Masterchef as guest judges.
2015 Masterchef champion Simon Wood will also return to judge this series' hopefuls.
This week the challenge is to invent and cook a dish using ingredients from the Masterchef market in just over an hour.
Only three contestants will make it through to the quarter finals.
The episode will be aired tonight (March 5) at 9pm on BBC One.
