Fittest Girl Mettisse says she plans to go on holiday with Tristan while Sam Dewhurst said the girls will continue to do physical challenges together
METTISSE Campbell won the £40,000 prize in tonight's Survival Of The Fittest final and split it with the rest of the girls instead of her boyfriend Tristan.
The girls were victorious in the Ultimate Team Challenge winning their fifth contest against the lads in a row.
Host Laura Whitmore revealed viewers voted Mettisse as the Fittest Girl and with it the cash prize.
She was given the chance to share it with her team or Tristan and chose her mates, giving them a cool £10,000 each.
Tristan need not worry though as Mettisse wants to take him away on holiday.
Speaking after the girls' win, Mettisse said: "This win means that we have put everything together, in regards to teamwork, communication and unity and show Girls out there that we are strong, women can
empower each other and that we can all stick together.
"After each challenge, the boys were sore losers and needed some time to let their egos heal but they always came around and we’d laugh about it. We became a family. The boys did take our feelings into consideration."
The girls then revealed what they'll do to celebrate.
Jenny said she'll take her friends out and spoil her guinea pigs, Sam said the girls will continue to do physical challenges together, Mariam will go on holiday with boyfriend Warren and Mettisse will go away with Tristan.
Tonight's challenge saw the girls and boys race across obstacles and complete four mini games. The successful completion of each game released a ball with a four digit code.
Once they completed the course and retrieved the four coded balls, they were faced by a giant pyramid. In their teams, the girls and boys built a staircase, raced to the top of the pyramid where theyused their four digit codes to unlock a button. Once they pressed the button, the game ended and their time was recorded.
Jenny loved it, saying: "It was brilliant. I was nervous all morning. When we started the challenge and we were standing at the top of the slide, I had the normal adrenalin pump and I felt confident that we’d do well. We do well when we work together as a team."
