Jodie Marsh arrested in early morning raid after allegedly texting her ex-husband James Placido claiming he owes her father money
JODIE Marsh has been arrested after allegedly texting her ex-husband claiming he owes her father money.
In a now deleted tweet, she told her followers she’d been held by officers in an early morning raid over messages sent to James Placido, who she divorced last April after 20 months together.
On February 27, Jodie, 39, ranted: “Oh didn’t you know??? They’re too busy arresting ME for texting my own husband asking for money he owes my dad...”
Subsequent tweets by Jodie reveal two men came to her house in Essex and “barged” into her home.
She said: “If I had shadowed the pair of men who arrested me (a small woman) at 4 o’clock in the morning by barging into my house I would have thought the same as I do now, that they are a pair of t***s who are power crazed.”
She also tweeted: “Terrible how they can’t arrest real criminals these days. Shameful as well. ”
A representative for Jody and Essex Police have both been contacted for a response.
Jodie married James in August 2015 after a short romance.
They wed on a beach in Barbados but things turned sour after a few months.
She recently admitted she "never fancied" her ex-husband James or "wanted to have sex" with him.
They split in April 2016 after just eight months of marriage with the divorce finalised 12 months later.
She has since been hitting the weights in the gym and competed as a bodybuilder.
Jodie now has ambitions to become a pro wrestler.
She recently tweeted: “So I went to my first ever wrestling show today! It was @ThisIs_Progress and I loved it.
"I've decided I want to be a female wrestler but I need to be a red head again and I shall call myself simply 'Red'."
