LENNIE James has returned to our TV screens opposite Suranne Jones in new comedy drama Save Me.
But who is the 52-year-old actor, and where have you seen him on screen before? Read on to find out more...
Who is Lennie James?
The star was born in Nottingham in October 1965 to Trinidadian parents before growing up in south London.
He never knew his father and his mother died when he was 12. Along with his brother, he was taken into a council children's home and was fostered when he was 16.
His acting career began at the Guildhall School Of Music and Drama from which he graduated in 1988.
Soon afterwards he secured his breakthrough role in Guy Ritchie's Snatch, which also at starred Brad Pitt.
He is married with three daughters, and splits his time between Los Angeles and north-west London.
What is he starring in now?
Lennie is appearing in new TV show Save Me, which was broadcast for the first time on Sky Atlantic on Wednesday 28 February at 9pm.
As well as writing the series, he plays the role of Nelly, a loveable ladies man, who is accused of abducting the teenage daughter he hasn't seen since she was a child.
Starring as his uptight ex is Suranne Jones, who rose to fame in Doctor Foster.
Which TV shows and films is he best known for?
During a career that has spanned three decades, Lennie has appeared in both TV and film.
He has more than 20 blockbuster films under his belt, including Snatch, Blade Runner 2049 and 24 Hour Party People.
In addition to Save Me, he has appeared in TV shows Critical, Line of Duty, The Prisoner and Jericho.
However, the role for which he is most famous is Morgan in long-running zombie drama, The Walking Dead.
