Leona Lewis and her pal look almost identical as they step out with matching hair and outfits in Los Angeles
LEONA Lewis enjoyed a night on the town in Los Angeles on Saturday night – with a bestie that looked just like her.
The X Factor winner let her hair down for an evening with her girl squad, and as she went for a stroll through the streets of LA she looked like the spitting image of the pal on her arm.
Donning an all-black outfit, Leona and her friend both wore their dyed blonde hair in tight curls in the exact same shade, and both gave their look a bit of extra colour with pink lipstick.
While the unknown friend wrapped up with an embroidered scarf, Leona looked uber cool in a leather jacket as she chatted with someone on the phone.
It seems the similarity wasn’t lost on Leona either, and later on they were joined by two more permed beauties for an Instagram snap, which Leona titled: “Curl Power!”
After winning the X Factor in 2003, Leona is soon to come back to our screens as she joins Jennider Hudson to help her mentor her team on The Voice.
The X Factor winner knows exactly what it's like to be under pressure on a live TV singing competition, and so she can impart her wisdom on Jennifer's current batch of hopefuls.
The two women will also be joined by last year's winner Mo Jamil for the crucial knockout stages of the show.
Leona and Mo team up with Jennifer to give advice to Team JHud during piano rehearsals as each act performs the song they’ll take to the stage during the Knockout shows next month.
Jennifer said: “I’m so excited that Leona is joining me as a mentor on Team JHud!
“I can't wait to hear what wonderful advice she has for each act. She is incredibly talented and I really trust and respect her opinion.
“I’m also happy to welcome back Mo, who knows first-hand just what it takes to win this show. I think that will be a valuable point of view for the entire team.”
Meanwhile Leona, who has been friends with Jennifer for years after the pair recorded a song for the Sex and the City 2 soundtrack, said: “It’s been great meeting all the talented singers and working with Jennifer.
"It’s a beautiful thing to play a part in nurturing homegrown talent, to even have a small role in their journey is something very special.”
