Donning navy blue tracksuit bottoms, Pete gave nearby tourists a glimpse of his baggy pink boxers.

The 38-year-old rocker looked bloated and bleary-eyed as he returned from his appearance at the Sydney City Limits festival.

Getting lost in the spirit of rock and roll, Pete ditched his shirt and exposed his clean-shaven chest.

Pete completed the eye-catching look with battered trainers that looked as if they were once a brighter shade of white.

Speaking of his bid for sobriety, Pete revealed: "I'm currently receiving treatment at the Hope Rehab Centre in Thailand. The program here is very closely connected to the 12 steps model, which as far as I can tell is the only thing that works, other than a lobotomy.
