ROBIN Thicke’s girlfriend April Love Geary has given birth to a baby girl.
The 40-year-old Blurred Lines star announced their happy news with a sweet video posted on Instagram.
In the clip, Robin can be seen cradling his little girl in his arms.
He captioned the snap: “On 2/22 at 13:33 Mia Love Thicke was born.
“Thank you God and April Love.”
Robin and 23-year-old April announced they were expecting a child together in August.
Posting a picture of April’s ultrasound scan, they revealed the baby was due on Robin's late father's birthday.
April's followers inundated her with messages of congratulations following the announcement.
One commented: “So excited for you both and how special that the due date will be on Alan's birthday.”
Another told her: “OMG I am so happy for you both!”
Alan passed away aged 69 in December last year, leaving Robin heartbroken.
Robin and April started dating after his split with his ex-wife Paula Patton.
The former lovers divorced in 2015 and after a drawn out custody battle over their seven-year-old son Julian are now said to be close to reaching an agreement together.
At the time of their divorce however, Robin appeared to suggest he wanted to reconcile - calling the album Paula and releasing Get Her Back as his first track.
His apparent attempt at wooing her was short-lived however as he quickly settled into life with April.
Earlier this year it was rumoured Robin and April had wed after she posted a picture of herself wearing a pair of bikini bottoms emblazoned with her partner’s last name.
The songwriter is trying to move on with his personal and professional life following his legal battle with Marvin Gaye's relatives last year.
He lost the case, which claimed he and Pharrell Williams had used the singer's work in their song Blurred Lines.
Afterwards, Robin said: “What I will - what I can say - is that when I did the deposition, it was two weeks after my separation from my wife.
“I was going through personal hell at the time, I was careless in the deposition.
“Obviously, I didn't give my all to the trial. It simply wasn't as important to me as what was going on in my personal life. I was lost at the time. I had lost my way.”
