CORONATION Street fans have predicted a shock affair for Liz McDonald and Johnny Connor.
The medical centre's head receptionist - who is played by soap legend Beverley Callard in the ITV show - had a delightful afternoon with the businessman where they both got sloshed in the abandoned factory on a bottle of brandy.
"I used to love my little Spanish garden, smell of the soil," she said.
"You should have seen the size of my aubergines."
And at that suggestion, Johnny invited Liz to join him on Roy's allotment to prune the produce.
He said: "Come and join me. I've got a flask, it's only tea unfortunately but enough to share."
Later, Liz just happened to find herself in the factory with Johnny and they shared a moment together.
"I saw your car outside, I thought you were meant to be knee-deep in muck somewhere," she purred before Johnny offered to warm them up with a brew.
"I can think of something better to warm us up," she said with a glint in her eye, before she produced the bottle of brandy.
And now fans think something more than brandy will be warming the cockles of their hearts in the near future.
