Blac Chyna’s sex tape leaked online as lawyers signal legal action over revenge porn

ROB Kardashian’s ex Blac Chyna has appeared in a sex tape which has been leaked.

The graphic footage shows the 29-year-old performing a sex act.

Since the footage came to light, Chyna’s lawyer told she would be taking legal action.

Lisa Bloom said: “Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse.

“It’s also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual.”

Lawyer Walter Mosley, who is a friend of the reality star, also posted a message regarding the video online.

He said: “We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend.

“Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not.”

Chyna is currently locked in a legal battle with Rob’s famous family, who she claims have ruined her career.

Last month her lawsuit against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner was dismissed but she’s since added Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner to the case.

According to TMZ, amended documents don’t reveal the reason the sisters have been named in the lawsuit – alongside Rob, Kris and Kim – but she claims that one of the sisters branded her “toxic”.

It’s claimed Chyna also accused one of the family members of saying: “The show [‘Rob & Chyna’] is giving this toxic woman money and exposure she lives and breathes for and by continuing it … [s]he will proceed with using and physically abusing my brother.”

In Chyna’s original lawsuit, she insisted: “The unwritten rule no one told (her) when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave…

“Using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled (despite great ratings), spreading lies about you, and even funding a bogus lawsuit about a crumbled gingerbread house.”

Blac is also still suing Rob for the dissolution of their E! reality show.
