GOT A LI’L SECRET?

Lily James sparks rumours that she’s engaged to Matt Smith as she arrives at the BAFTAs wearing a huge diamond ring

LILY James has dropped the biggest hint yet that she and Matt Smith are engaged by wearing a huge diamond ring to the BAFTAs tonight.

Dressed all in black and dripping with diamonds, the 28-year-old Brit star’s main attraction was the giant sparkler on her wedding finger.

While in the past Lily has kept her ring finger hidden but if she and Matt are engaged, she did little to conceal it tonight.

Lily and Matt, 35, have been dating since 2014, but have recently been apart while she filmed Mama Mia 2 in Croatia.

Last summer The Baby Driver star quashed rumours of an engagement, telling The Sun On Sunday: “We’re not engaged yet. But it’s going very well.”

When introducing Matt’s sister Laura Jayne at an event, she was heard saying: “I’m dating her brother, and hopefully she will soon be my sister-in-law.”
