Jennifer Aniston won’t give ‘proud’ Justin Theroux any of her £100m fortune in divorce after they signed ironclad prenup

JENNIFER Aniston won't give "proud" Justin Theroux any of her £100million fortune after they signed an "ironclad" prenup.

But while the prenup was put in place to protect her money, sources close to the actor say he's not interested in cashing in.

An insider told The Sun Online: "Justin is a proud man, he won't be asking for anything from Jen in the split.

"He's got his own money, and would never dream of an ugly court battle over the house, or ask her for spousal support. He still cares about Jen a lot, and wants to make the process of splitting up as pain-free as possible."

According to , the couple – who announced their split yesterday – signed the prenup before walking down the aisle in 2015.

A source said: "Jennifer has an ironclad prenup with Justin. It would be very hard for Justin to contest it. The prenup talks before the marriage were long and intense.

"Jen's assets and 'Friends' fortune are protected."

Jennifer, 49,  is one of the world’s highest paid actress and in 2017, Forbes reported she made £18million ($25.5million) from acting and endorsements.

Back in the days of Friends, she could command $1million an episode and now she can get around £11million ($16 million) a movie.

Along with her endorsements, she has an estimated fortune of around £141million ($200million).

Justin,46, is thought to worth around £14million ($20million) thanks to his acting career in films such as Star Wars and The Lego Ninja Movie.

And Jen's set to make even more money as she’s putting the home where she married Justin Theroux on the market.

The couple tied the knot in the grounds of the £15million home, but she’s planning on selling it.

A source told the magazine: "She bought the mansion and it underwent extensive renovations. That is what Jen does, buys houses, renovates and then sells for a huge profit.

"The mansion is going to be a pocket listing, and if it doesn't sell that way, it will be listed on the open market. She is ready to find the next project, and has been searching for a while."

In a joint statement released yesterday, the former couple vowed to remain "best friends" who will continue to stay amicable, even though they are separating.

They said: "In an effort to reduce any further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation.

"This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship.

"Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly. Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else's fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another."
