Who is Isobel Steele?
Isobel is a 17-year-old actress from Salford, Greater Manchester.
The star has played the role from February 2016 and won the Best Newcomer award at the TV Times Awards that year.
As well as being an actress, Isobel is also a keen songwriter and singer and posts her songs on her

What has happened to her character Liv Flaherty?
Liv is the half-sister of Aaron Dingle and the daughter of Gordon Livesy and Sandra Flaherty.
She had a difficult relationship with her mum, who raised her, and learning about her dad Gordon, who abused Aaron when he was younger.
As she got closer to her half-brother, it was later agreed that she would stay with him more permanently.
Carving a new life for herself and enrolling in the local high school, Liv soon felt pressure to get a boyfriend.
This led to an awkward kiss attempt with friend Gerry.
However, she later admitted that it was to get people off her back, rather than a desire to actually be with him.
Over the course of late 2017 and early 2018, Liv admitted to Belle Dingle that she didn't feel attraction to anyone.
When Belle pressed as to why, Liv then admitted: "I'm just not that into guys - that's it. I don't like anyone, at all.
"I know it's weird - it is. I mean everyone has feelings for someone, and I've got nothing."
This has been marked as the start of her coming to terms with being asexual.
Liv was arrested after spiking a drink at the Woolpack which Lisa Dingle drank, and she is facing jail time for her actions.
