Cheryl makes surprise TV comeback as she films new show in London
CHERYL appears to be gearing up to make her huge TV comeback after being spotted backstage on the set of a new show.
Cheryl, 34, was snapped alongside two fans on Tuesday having headed to the studio where the brand new programme, rumoured to be called The Greatest Show, is being filmed.
It's unclear exactly what Cheryl has signed herself up to do, but reports have claimed that the entertainment programme has come from the makers of The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent.
And her sheer presence has sent fans into a spin.
Cheryl, who welcomed baby son Bear with her boyfriend Liam Payne last year, was pictured in between two girls backstage before the snap was shared online.
One follower has since commented: "So exciting that Cheryl is working on the new ITV programme The Greatest Show."
Another added: "She looks incredible."
Cheryl has gradually thrown herself back into the spotlight following the birth of Bear in March 2017.
Just last week, The Sun exclusively revealed that she is preparing for "final talks" to replace Nicole Scherzinger on The X Factor.
A source said, “Cheryl is the top choice and she is keen to come on board" adding that bosses are also trying to figure out how long the 2018 series should run for and what time it will air each week.
The insider explained: "It is very likely there will be changes in that department from last year, as it is widely felt that last year’s series wasn’t ideally placed to optimise ratings.
"Once those decisions are made and agreed, the bosses will have the green light to start talking to Cheryl officially and discuss contracts with her."
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star Kieron Dyer lifted the lid on a secret fling he once had with Cheryl.

Writing in his new autobiography, footballer Kieron has spoken about their 2003 tryst, adding: "Whenever I met up with England, the boys asked me questions about Cheryl.
"Ashley Cole asked a million and one questions. He was fascinated by her. When they got together and married, it all started to make sense.
"He was always keen on her and desperate to get to know her."
