So who is in the line-up for 2018 and can you still get tickets? Here's all you need to know...
You can purchase per day or for the entire weekend, tickets for the latter including camping as standard.
A weekend ticket starts from £205, but there's a handful of extras available including a £35 ticket that allows access to VIP toilets.
When and where is this year's Reading and Leeds festivals being held?
As per tradition, Reading and Leeds take place simultaneously over the August Bank Holiday - this falls on Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 August.
The two festivals will be held at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds.
The line-up remains the same across both sites - with the bands performing on a rotation to cover both grounds.
Both venues will be open the day before and the day after the festival starts - giving revellers enough time to set up and find their feet without missing any of the action.
