According to , Katie made the admission during a late night Instagram live session on Thursday.
Katie, 39, updated her loyal fans while driving her car: "I'm just dropping Louise home so I will be on my own if you want to chat."
Assuring fans that she wasn't holding her phone while in control of the vehicle, Katie said: "I've got both hands on the wheel... I'm not holding the phone."
The model then opened up on her current legal battle, adding: "I've probably lost my licence on Monday as I have to go to court again."
The Sun Online have contacted Katie Price's representatives for comment on the latest development.
Katie was previously slapped with a 12-month driving ban in 2012 after claiming she hadn't seen two speeding tickets.
She was ordered to pay a £400 fine along with £350 costs after explaining how her mum looks after her post, so she would've handled the speeding tickets.
Katie told the court: “My mum does the post, she checks it all. Well, she opens my post.
“Anything that needs to go to the management, she pays my bills, she’s got my chequebook, she does everything for me – I know that sounds bad.”
Katie recently made headlines after appearing on political show Peston On Sunday to demand a change in the law after her disabled son Harvey was abused online.
Katie told host Robert Peston she was angered by the fact so little was done to combat abusers online.

She continued: “I got two people arrested, [the police] seized all their computers, they seized everything, took them quite far, but then it got to the point where they can't charge them with nothing because there's nothing in place for it."
