Two years later he decided to take a shot at a career in comedy.
Jimmy made a name for himself hosting game shows such as Your Face Or Mind before releasing his first stand-up comedy DVD to critical acclaim.
He has also hosted hit shows The Friday Night Project and 8 Out Of 10 Cats and is a regular on all the top panel shows, including QI and A League Of Their Own.
He has even performed as part of The Royal Variety Performance three times.

The comedian is now based in North London and lives with partner Karoline Copping.
