Who is Georgie Clarke? Second girl to leave Survival of the Fittest and tax credit consultant from South London
Deserts can be pretty hot places - but unfortunately, Georgie Clarke has had to say goodbye to the show
DESERTS can be pretty hot places and The Savannah is hotting up by the minute judging by the contestants who are competing on winter Love Island 2018.
Georgie Clarke was ready to fight for the women in Survival Of The Fittest but unfortunately, became the second girl to leave. Here's all you need to know about her...
Who is Georgie Clarke?
Georgie Clarke is a research and Development Tax Credit Consultant from South London.
She was looking to really shake things up in the desert and said she was more than used to sharing a room with loads of guys.
Working in the "hardcore tech industry" has given her a few insights on holding her own and keeping the attention on her.
The South London lass thought that the women are the underdogs here and was hoping that would work in their favour.
What has Georgie Clarke said about Survival Of The Fittest?
Georgie said she would be open to love in the show but acknowledges that if the girls want to stick together to beat the boys she would be all for that.
But she added: "If I get in and the other girls are having fun and flirting, then I’ll definitely do that too".
The consultant is most worried about a woman who isn't interested in winning or being a team player - by the same coin she's also not keen on boys who are "all talk and no walk".
At the end of the day though, Georgie hopes that everyone will get on and that the girls will support each other.
More Survival Of The Fittest
What is Survival of The Fittest about?
Survival Of The Fittest sees a group of hot young singles sent to the South African Savannah to take part in the ultimate battle of the sexes, involving mental and physical challenges.
But the strength of the ladies and gents is not the only thing being tested.
Throughout the series, the contestants have the opportunity to romance the opposite sex - but only at the expense of their team's chances in the competition.
Will they choose dates over mates, and find themselves in bed with the enemy? You can count on it...
As with Love Island, viewers are able to vote off the contestants that don't tickle their fancy.
They are also responsible for choosing which of the sexes comes out on top.
