What are Zoe Ball and Greg James' challenges?

Zoe Ball undertook a massive cycling challenge to raise mental health awareness - after the death of her boyfriend last year left her with "lots of questions".

Cameraman Billy Yates was found dead at his home last May and had been living with mental health issues for several years.

Zoe said: "I wanted to do something for him.

"One in four people is living with mental illness. That's a lot of people struggling."

The TV presenter completed a gruelling five-day ride from Blackpool to Brighton, with crowds cheering her home at Brighton Pier as she finished the challenge.

Before she set off, Zoe sad: "I think lots of people know that I lost my boyfriend last year, who lived with depression for a very, very long time.

"I was really touched and moved by the number of people who got in touch with me, who have been through the same, or living with the same issues.

"Mental health resources are under huge pressure and there are a lot of people who are not necessarily getting the support they need in time."

Greg James also got on his bike in support of charity, climbing three of the UK's highest mountains while cycling between them.

His first attempt at the beginning of March was thwarted by the weather when the Beast from the East blasted Britain, but he finally completed his challenge on March 16.

Greg tweeted: "Challenge done. But this isn't the end. I will do something new with Sport Relief around the mental health issues we've discussed."
