Revealing Jeff, whose two sons lost their mother Jade Goody to cervical cancer, had signed up to strip off, he then revealed that women will be joining the cast too - and one of them was sitting next to him.

"I'm actually shaking at the thought of it," said Coleen as she confirmed her participation in the charity project.

It was a naked special on the show as Michelle McManus revealed she has a naked house policy at home.

The Pop Idol winner, 37, was on today's Loose Women discussing an alleged new fad for naked workouts when she said that she wouldn't whip it all off at the gym, but she does frequently at home with her husband.

Budding nudist Michelle said: "In my house now we have a naked house because I feel comfortable in front of my husband."

Michelle married her husband Jeff Nimmo in September last year.

She added: "I don't believe there's a massive benefit to being naked and exercise."

The confession came as the other Loose Women opened up about the idea of exercising in their birthday suits, and it didn't really appeal to them.

Former Apprentice star Saira Khan said: "The only way I'm going to do it naked, the only reason is because it would save me money on clothes.

"At my age doing it naked you would have to have a water proof mat on the floor.

"I'm sorry, I know it's disgusting but why would you do it naked?

"Doing positions like the downward dog? That is not a nice position to be seen in naked, or to see other people."
