CALUM Best joked he looked “stoned” as he shared snaps of a recent acupuncture session.

The 36-year-old shared pictures of himself with needles sticking out of his forehead on Instagram.

Posting the pictures online, Calum captioned the snaps: “Please excuse how stoned I look but u get a great buzz from this acupuncture.

“This acupuncture treatment is anti-ageing and hydrating.

“Rebecca added points in my hands and feet to improve the overall effect of the treatment.

Calum has made no secret of battling his own demons.

His father, footballer George Best, died in 2005 from multiple organ failure after a long battle with alcoholism.

Calum said: “I came back and snorted and drank and s***ged my way through everything.”
