CALL The Midwife series seven concludes tonight, and fans were pleased to hear Nurse Trixie still remains a firm fixture of the cast.

Will Nurse Trixie get married to Christopher Dockerill in Call The Midwife series 7?
The couple first met in Series 6 Epsiode 5 when she requested his assistance in dealing with an expectant mother with particularly tricky teeth.
The pair bonded as they joined forces to deliver a baby in St Cuthbert’s.
In the 2017 Christmas Day episode, the pair were closer than ever and were meant to be heading off on a ski holiday together, although their plans were scrapped due to the heavy snow in Poplar.
In the brand new trailer for the show, the pair were seen having a heart to heart, which could mean the future of their romance hangs in the balance.
However, there is speculation they could be set to walk down the aisle.
Who is Helen George?
A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, Helen is best known for her role as glamorous midwife Nurse Trixie.
She took part in the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, was paired with Aljaz Skorjanec and finished in sixth place.

Christopher Dockerill is played by actor Jack Hawkins.
He is known for playing Alex Lambert in Holby City he also had parts in casualty and the TV mini-series Henry and Anne: The Lovers Who Changed History.
