Geordie Shore’s Sophie Kasaei admits her weight made her lose her sex drive – but now she loves buying sexy lingerie

SOPHIE Kasaei has admitted that her figure made her lose her sex drive.

But the Geordie Shore star now claims to have found new lease of confidence and is "enjoying buying sexy lingerie for the first time."

Sophie told the : "I was sick of seeing photos of myself looking overweight, unhappy and unhealthy. I will be haunted by those awful pictures forever.

"My whole body was full of excess far, I could grab handfuls of it. I hated seeing myself naked. I didn't feel sexy."

The Geordie Shore star claimed her figure had a huge impact on her sex drive, revealing: "When I was in a relationship I didn't have much of a sex drive because of how I felt about my body.

"But now I feel sexier than ever and I am enjoying buying sexy lingerie for the first time."

And Sophie clearly has good taste when she goes shopping after she was recently pictured on the beach while in Turkey.

The 28-year-old donned an eye-catching two-piece black swimsuit that showed off her incredible body.

Sophie - who split up with ex boyfriend Joel Corry in November 2017 - opened up on what sacrifices she had to make for the new body.

She told the publication: "Being on Geordie Shore does involve drinking so I would never cut alcohol out but I won't be getting on the kebabs and food in the new series."

She recently came under fire from cruel online trolls who accused her of having liposuction after they spotted a scar on her bum.

Sophie, who has recently lost two stone, took to Twitter to set the record straight following the series of comments.

Sharing a before and after picture of herself in her bikini, she wrote: “For all the trolls out there who think it’s funny to say I’ve had liposuction & the scar on my bum is from it.

“Here I am bigger and smaller and funnily enough the scar is the same in both! So before your HATE on me it may be worth doing some research ✌🏻now kiss my scarred ass!”

Sophie has the scar on her bum after having an abscess cut out at the start of last year.

She was left with an seven inch open gash after being rushed to hospital to have the “lump of puss” the size of a “golf ball” removed.
