Cara De La Hoyde praised by fans for her post-baby body just weeks after giving birth to son

CARA De La Hoyde has been praised by fans after showing off her post-baby body.
The Love Island star welcomed the arrival of baby son Freddie-George in December and quickly followed it with a magazine shoot.
While endorsing a diet brand, Cara posed in black leisure trousers and a Calvin Klein workout bra as she perched on the kitchen worktop.
One fan commented: "Babe, how the hell have you got abs?"
Another put: "Wow, you literally look amazing! Good on you for wanting to be in good shape after a baby!"
A third told Cara: "You're looking amazing! 11 months in and I still look like a sack of potatoes."
The pair gave fans a first glimpse of son Freddie-George in a cover shoot for OK Magazine.
Little Freddie-George was born on December 13, 12 days after his due date after Cara was induced and warned she could spend four days in hospital.
Cara admitted that her plans for a water birth went out the window when Freddie-George began arriving when she was in the bath.
She told : "I’d been sat in the bath for two hours.
"I did plan on having a water birth, but I was very much of the mind set that whatever happens, happens. I couldn’t have an epidural as I was too far gone.
"Nathan arrived and he was like: ‘You need to get out of the bath now!’ My fingers were like prunes. He helped me out and put the towel round me and my waters broke!"
When she was in the hospital Cara was eventually told at 5.30am that she could begin pushing but she was so scared that she claims to have "scared the contractions away".
She added: "My whole body tensed up and I scared the contractions away. I just had to push him out with no contractions, nothing to help me."
Cara shared a video of her birthing experience with her social media followers which showed the TV personality using gas and air to aid her.

In the video the Love Island star can be seen hooked up to a hospital monitor and is making noises that sound like she’s in a great deal of pain.
She captioned the post: “So this the me last week this was happening but it was worth every minute happy 1 week birthday my little man (sic)”.
She gave birth after initially splitting with partner Nathan – but the pair got back together shortly before she gave birth to their son.
