Kerry Katona reveals she’s lost two stone as she shows off her toned physique

KERRY Katona has shared a series of snaps revealing her super trim body after losing two stone.

Kerry, 37, told her followers she lost the weight thanks to her pal Ampika Pickston and admitted she’s feeling amazing.

Showing off a picture of her flat stomach and toned arms, Kerry wrote: “Woohoo I’ve lost over 2 stone, feeling on top of the world!

“Big shout out to @ampikapickston1 #skinnyrevolution”.

The singer claims her new BFF, former Real Housewives of Cheshire star Ampika, is the force behind her new physique.

Kerry appears to have followed Ampika’s ‘Skinny Revolution’ plan, described as “a medication based treatment prescription programme that can only be authorised by a registered qualified medical professional” by a salon offering the technique.

In early November, Kerry posted a snap of herself and Ampika at the start of this weight loss journey.

Posing with their abs out, the pair grinned next to a kitchen top covered in food, soups and smoothies.

Kerry moved in with reality star and beauty salon owner Ampika in October and often refers to her friend as “wifey” on social media.

The pair were snapped browsing multi-million pound properties in a sought-after Manchester district at the end of December last year.

Kerry split from third husband, George Kay, in June 2017 following a string of bust ups.

It’s reported that the former couple are headed for a bitter divorce battle after he demanded a £1million settlement from Kerry.

Earlier this month he and Kerry briefly met up close to her home as two police officers watched nearby.
