Gemma Atkinson emerges from her hotel with wet hair following night out at Strictly afterparty as Debbie McGee heads back to panto
GEMMA Atkinson was obviously feeling worse for wear this morning - she was seen creeping out of her hotel sporting wet hair and a big pair of face-saving sunglasses.
Just hours earlier, the actress - who lost the Strictly Come Dancing Glitterball Trophy to Joe McFadden - had been out celebrating the end of the show with her Strictly co-stars.
Gemma, 33, wore a floral hoodie with ripped jeans as she checked out of the hotel with her luggage - and a shopping bag.
On the final, the former Emmerdale star and her partner Aljaz Skorjane did the Paso Doble to Coldplay's Viva La Vida, American Smooth to Downtown, Petula Clark and Show Me How You Burlesque, Christina Aguilera.
Gemma was rumoured to be dating Alexandra Burke's dance partner Gorka Marquez.
An insider revealed: “Gorka and Gemma are together. It’s the talk of the make-up room.
"Not surprisingly, Alexandra is furious about how it might impact her chances of winning. She’s very ambitious and is nervous about it all.
"Gemma thinks Gorka is really nice.
"She’s been getting to know him and she loves kissing him.
“At this point she wouldn’t describe him as her boyfriend because they haven’t spent enough time together as they’re both focused on rehearsing.
“But they go to the gym together to work out which is really sweet because it’s something they both love to do.”
It's also been claimed that Gorka is secretly dating a personal trainer behind Gemma's back.
Meanwhile, while Gemma recovers from last night, fellow Strictly Come Dancing finalist Debbie McGee is already getting back to work and is resuming her role in panto.
The 59-year-old was forced to postpone her appearance to avoid it clashing with the Strictly Come Dancing final.
She hid behind a pair of giant sunglasses as she arrived at the Grand Opera Hotel in York.
Debbie is playing fairy Adorabella Marigold Angelpie alongside Blue's Antony Costa and former Coronation Street star Ken Morley.
